The Journal of the Historical Society of Western Virginia is a periodical published by the History Museum of Western Virginia. The journal was first published in 1964. Journal articles promote a broad spectrum of history with an emphasis on the historical events, people, and places in the Roanoke Valley, neighboring counties, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. This collection consists of digitized copies of all available published journals from 1964-2020.
