I followed the trail from Walnut St one summer day a few years back. As I was walking and checking out the scenery, I heard the strangest sound. I thought it was a cat yowling, but more screechy. It was coming from the treetops and sounded as if it surrounded me. I gazed thru the limbs and all of the sudden, I saw a flash of black jumping from tree to tree...Could it be? The chimpanzee that escaped from the zoo! No...just a large squirrel! Dang...
